Before becoming a real estate broker, Mark spent more than 10 years with the University of Chicago managing building trades, maintenance, repairs, renovations, budgets, contractors, and large-scale facilities operations. His earlier experience included the development, construction, project management, and sale of residential and commercial properties throughout Northwest Indiana.
This background gives Mark a practical understanding of what can make a property valuable, what can create potential problems, and how construction, maintenance, condition, improvements, and long-term costs can affect a real estate decision.
